Your child’s health is important. CincyKids Health Connect from Cincinnati Children’s offers convenient access to non-emergency healthcare services. Our secure video visits are tailored for children and overseen by pediatric specialists who provide expert guidance and reassurance.

We are equipped to assess various symptoms, including:

• Bites (animal, human, insect)
• Cough, congestion, runny nose
• Colds
• Eye infections
• Arm/leg pain after an injury
• Fever (children ages 2+)
• Flu-like symptoms
• Head injury without loss of consciousness
• Rashes/skin infection
• Skin injuries
• Vomiting, diarrhea, constipation

HOW DOES IT WORK?

For around-the-clock care regarding minor illnesses and injuries:

1. Request a visit – Access the CincyKids Health Connect app to request a visit, provide medical history, and arrange payment.
2. Talk to a pediatric specialist – In a matter of minutes, a board-certified pediatric specialist will review your child’s medical history and conduct a video visit with you and your child. CincyKids Health Connect ensures personalized attention to your child's requirements and can recommend in-person care when necessary.
3. CincyKids Health Connect video visits ensure privacy, security, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Your details are safeguarded and shared only with your designated primary care physician and pharmacy, mirroring an in-person consultation.
